STRVE provides tools to research and model short-term rental investment opportunities, including deal analysis, market screening, and regulation lookups. It does not execute transactions, hold funds, or act as a broker, lender, property manager, or advisor of any kind.

Data accuracy

Outputs shown in this app, including revenue estimates, expense estimates, regulation summaries, and risk assessments, include AI-generated estimates. These estimates are provided for research convenience only and come with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

You are solely responsible for independently verifying any figure, regulation, or fact before relying on it to make a purchase, financing, or operating decision. Local rules, taxes, and permit requirements in particular can change faster than a cached lookup reflects.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not scrape, resell, sublicense, or redistribute this app’s output (including analysis results, regulation data, or generated reports) to a third party, and you may not access the service through automated bulk requests, bots, or scripts outside of the documented API usage your plan entitles you to.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. We do not store your card number; Stripe handles all payment card data directly.

Plans are billed monthly or yearly depending on what you select at checkout, and each plan carries a usage quota (for example, a monthly cap on live analyses or city-finder runs) enforced at the time of use.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.

Limitation of liability & disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is capped at the total fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from an investment decision made using this app’s output.

Modification of terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make a material change, we will provide notice (for example, by email or an in-app notice) before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
